Little Boy
by Keyys
Rated: E | Poetry | Emotional | #1607950
Growing up...
little boy there's a little girl crying
she doesn't understand
how mud-pies and your tonka truck
leave no room for her.

little boy that little girl's still crying
just take her by the hand
those mud-pies and your tonka truck
can not smile like her.

little boy why is the little girl crying
we thought you were her man
old mud-pies and your tonka truck
are worth less than her.

little boy that little girl stopped crying
you took her by the hand
no mud-pies or a tonka truck
you're a man for her.

little man now your lady's screaming
you'll take her by the hand
and in time that old tonka truck
will be a gift for him.

little boy there's a little girl smiling
she doesn't understand
how mud-pies and his tonka truck
will leave no room for her.
