Sparkle, flicker, and gleam,
Imagine, fancy, and dream,
Rumble, rattle, and shake,
Quiver, tremble, and quake,
Shiver, gasp, and pant,
Breathlessly whimper and rant,
Abruptly, it ended too soon,
Ripping me from our cocoon,
In the dark, last night he left,
I'm chillingly hopeless.....bereft.
