Sometimes you just cant help but feel out of place. Happens to the best of us, but the better of us just hide it better. The other night I happened to pass by a group of men who all had odd shaped heads. Now I thought to myself that mentioning their odd shaped heads would really make me feel out of place seeing as how my head is not odd shaped. If I say so myself, my head is perfectly preportioned to my body (my body is a whole other story, oh well). So I said to the men in passing, "Good evening, gentlemen. My how your head's are perfectly suited to your bodies and not at all odd shaped." Well as you can imagine they saw through my ruse and got all offended and a little punchy towards me. I felt very out of place at that particular moment.
When the police and paramedics arrived to administer treatment to my wounds, they asked me what had happened. I simply explained that I was trying to not be out of place and comment on their odd shaped heads. And do you know what those police told me? They said that by mentioning the men's heads at all, that I offended them and thereby made myself way out of place. Well I sure did learn my lesson, and I hope by telling you this story that all of you will strive to stay in place. Just don't try to fool people with odd shaped heads by telling them they have normal head's, it does not work. Good Luck!
