When he first feels the presence of this longing, is it nothing more than a mere trace of a scent brought in from a northern wind; a keen notice that is pure and eager like the touch of a long slender leaf from a low hanging branch. Or is it like a playful outstretched paw of a sibling, its gesture bestowing an uncultured form of immaturity, an unrefined symbolism of its one day adult status?
A sense deep within;
an urge that is ardent and
warm and without doubt.
A release that equals the
wind’s temperate devotion.
