Resolutions

I have come to realize that it gives a kind of deep satisfaction to achieve small personal goals.
When we make a resolution, it is usually something healthy and fulfilling. So when we keep
refreshing our resolutions, we certainly benefit from the positive effects of the resolution itself;
and also we get this feeling of deep contentment that arises from the sense of achievement,
of being able to win over our chronic, negative, tendencies.
Having said that, its also true that it is a real difficult job to make a right resolution and stick
to it persistently.
Here are some very simple resolutions that can have tremendous positive effects on our lives.

•          I will eat moderately.
•          I will exercise regularly.
•          I will go to bed early and wake up early.
•          I will do whatever work I do (big or small) with enthusiasm.
•          I will smile more often.
•          I will think twice before reacting to anything.
•          I will make sure to spend sometime in nature everyday.

I believe very strongly that life’s essence is in enjoying little things, and cherishing everyday
moments with our loved ones and thanking God for everything that we have .
