Write a poem or story about the neighbor who lives next door. You can use the following in your story/poem or not, but please, somehow hint that she might be a witch. ************************************************************************************************** I'M THE WITCH NEXT DOOR? I cackle eerily and talk to my black cat, Alistair. I KNOW the my handsome young can understand every word I'm’s saying--he's especially the words "no" and "food". I carriy a broom about – sweeping the sidewalk, no one's ever seen me apply bristles to concrete--it's magic, I tell you!!. I pretend I'm nothing more than an elderly old woman who’s going a bit strange, but here's the real truth, as told to my young neighbor!! I am the witch next door! I;m rotten to my core! You need to look afar no more-- I AM the witch next door!! Yes, I'm the witch next door! And, I'm the one who tore the tail off your ugly kite, cause I'm the witch next door! Though I'm the witch next door, you come to beg for more of my delicious cookies, treats-- snacks from the witch next door! Yes, I'm the witch next door! You'd better look before you leap into my yard again-- a prank I can't ignore! Oh, I.m the witch next door-- but I cannot ignore . how proud I'm of your baseball score-- I am your witch next door!!.
