The surest way to live life well,
is to hope there's a heaven, but know there's a hell.

From that perspective you can see,
that we must all act carefully.

As when we die, if we lived for ourselves,
our soul will be filed on the infernal shelves.

But if we work to help the world improve,
there's a chance our heaven might be proved.

By living life by these simple rules,
you provide yourself with all the tools,

to build a world that's full of joy,
a world that serves each girl and boy.

That's how it should have been all along,
each of us singing a similar song.

A song that tells of connectivity,
that burns the heart of negativity.

The negative's predictable, it only says “no”.
Yet a clever person can easily show,

the many routes to a happy place,
use them as a slap to the negative's face.

It can't stand that, because it thinks it should win.
It tricked itself through pride, it's immortal sin.

Because it thinks it is so clever,
The thought of losing never, ever,

occurred to it, it was so sure.
Until some of us became so pure,

that we tricked it with wily ways,
into leaving us for its end of days.

So don't despair, don't be dragged down.
The negative side's just a primitive clown
