Pieces of me
Waiting for the one.

I lose pieces of me as I wait for you,

Hello? Are you listening?
Because I’m screaming for you.
My heart is bleeding,
Can you hear it?
Take a minute and listen;
I need your help,
My heart is breaking.

I love you, but yet you do not see,
This heart that I have cries rivers for you.
Will you not help?
I truly love you and continue to weep,
Do you not hear?
Mend this broken heart with your love,
Stop this bleeding before the darkness takes me.
I love you.
Please love me.

I’ll be your flame if only you'll see,
My heart is breaking.
Mend this broken heart with your love.

Pieces of me disappear as I wait for you,
Will you not come to my rescue?
I love you.
Please love me.
My heart is breaking,
Mend this broken heart with your love.
