Sure. "Certain sure", she says it all the time. "Make certain sure..." sounds so affected and redundant; the skin craws up my arm at the sound of it. She's love with her own voice, her "superior" vocabulary and command of words. Thinks she sounds intelligent. I'm certain sure she doesn't.
