Too Many Obstacles
He reaches for a heavy pen, "Where do I sign this bill?" "On the dotted line Mr. President." "Well... this signature brings us closer to universal health care." He presses the pen to the paper. The ink fails. "Mr. President, would you like another pen?" "Yes... Thank you." He presses again but ink doesn't follow.
