Dear Student 6379857:

Your internship with CanUniversal Media is now over. CanUniversal tried repeatedly to work with you in every way possible to develop your journalism skills and to meet our quality publishing needs. It is evident, however, that your work quality, attitude and ethics are not up to the standards required of our employees in the position you were hired to perform.

Within the terms of the Internship Agreement, CanUniversal retains the right to terminate without cause. However, due to the time and expense invested in this program, CanUniversal wishes there to be no doubt over the reasons for termination to prevent future candidates from repeating the same mistakes.

Termination is the result of the following:

You are non-compliant, question all authority younger than yourself and refuse to take direction.

You are manipulative, a disruptive influence over the other interns and are not a team player.

You follow your own agenda possibly exposing CanUniversal to charges of fraud.

Questions as to your mental health raise concerns over employee safety. Talk about beasts concern me.

This leaves me with no choice but to tell you that your internship contract is terminated effective immediately. 

I would like to arrange a time in which to meet and allow you to collect your personal belongings out of the office. To do this, I need you to return all keys, paperwork, copyright protected materials and company property that may still be in your possession.
