Still Young

In these old eyes you're still that young girl.
Who captured my heart and put it in a whirl.
From memories of our young life in the past.
I think and wonder how it all came to pass.

We've been blessed by God throughout life.
I became your husband and you my wife.
So young to be on our own in the big world.
A 23 years old man and a 16 years old girl.

Almighty God was protecting us back then.
Today He's still our almighty God and friend.
Showing us the way lighting our paths in life.
We've bonded together as husband and wife.

What else can I ask for with you by my side?
You're still pretty as when you were my bride.
I want no other our vows were meant to last.
My life is happy I've no regrets from the past.
