I told her she meant the world to me
That she took my breath away I could feel her heartbeat a mile away Our souls connected lives entwined Destiny. I told her I loved her And I meant every word I said I wouldn't leave her And I don't think I could Baby, I need you... I went away to college But she had to stay I called her everyday She still took my breath away Baby, I miss you... When she came to visit one day I was a nervous wreck I mumbled and stuttered And said some stupid shit Baby, I love you... But she loved me the same Like it was only yesterday A never-ending distance away But our hearts still the same Baby, this is destiny...
