Come to me in sorrow
I will dry your tears
Come to me in fright
I will ease your fears.
Come to me in joy
I’ll give you even more.
Come to me in strife
I will win your war.
Come to me in humility
In you I’ll have great pride.
Come to me when you’ve fallen
I’ll place you at my side.

Come to me when you’re hurt
I’ll take away your pain
Come to me when you feel empty
I’ll fill your cup again.
Come to me my children
In you I will rejoice
Come to me before you speak
I’ll add thunder to your voice

Come to me with your burdens
I’ll cut loose those ties
Come to me with what you can’t see

Place in me your faith
