Write a poem or story about the following quote by Matt Koppenheffer: “Happy endings are just stories that haven’t finished yet. You have the choice of using the quote in your piece or placing it in ta prelude, so that it won't be counted in the 1,000 word count. I hope you are able to include it, but . . . HAPPY ENDINGS, OR HAPPY NOWS? I'm no longer expecting happy endings. I don't believe anymore that “Happy endings are just stories that haven’t finished yet." But I have expected, anticipated, and demanded my unhappy, unforeseen relocation to have a happy ending--but it hasn't ended yet! The car has stopped, the shoes are found, the cats are even trained-- but we didn't move here for anything to END, but for us to STAY, happy! Our story HERE hasn't finished; I really don't want a happy ending. I want a happy LIFE! This story may finish happy; we won't know 'til it's over. Meanwhile, I choose happy.NOWS!
