It's great to be able to walk around
instead of crawling all over the ground. I stumble and tumble and get some scrapes, then steady myself on Momma's new drapes. People make fun of my tipsy toddle but wait till you see my grandma waddle. She tries to grab me but I'm much too quick; the last time she held me I got real sick. Sorry, dear Grandma, but that's what I do. I don't chew well and now neither do you. You're always smiling and calling me cute, even when I wet on Grandpa's new suit. Grandpa is older while I'm still a tyke but everyone says we wobble alike. On occasion we fall and bang each knee but he never bounces as well as me. Sometimes I bonk the door and kiss the floor but I will get up and do it some more. I'm starting to walk and it's so much fun; I can hardly wait till I learn to run.
