Untitled Poem 2

When they told me you were coming
Nothing could possibly explain
How my heart became so swollen
With such love once again.
I wondered as I felt you
Move inside my womb,
If love could be divided Into two,
I did assume.
Into reality my thoughts did come
When into the world you came to be
I looked into your eyes and knew
You were so special and dear to me.
My eyes they watched you grow each day
Into a this beautiful young lady
It’s still so hard for me to believe
You were once my little baby.
A hug you did always welcome
Anytime I my heart desired
And still your strong will I see today
And always will admire.
I know sometimes I can become
A little to over bearing
Always remember no matter what
My heart will never stop caring.
As you continue on your life’s journeys
And your hopes and dreams come to bloom
My pride for you will always follow
So strong it fills the room.
Then there are times when I look at you
I sometimes say things wrong
But this please know,
My love for you will stand Forever your whole life long.
