Freedom
An elderly gentleman sits alone in his home. He contemplates his life through his memories. He now realizes the privileges he as been blessed with through the years. Now he sits in total isolation. He has plenty on his mind. It is impossible for him to release those cherished thoughts. He must as always deal with those events which salvaged him along the way. Many of those trials emancipated his maturity. As an adult, he learned to franchise the positive of his life. By choice, he liberated himself from most of the negative experiences. By his choice he has chosen to dwell on the good things in life. He has learned to look “for the silver lining.” The “sunrise”, has more to offer than the “sunset.” He has discovered more meaning in “rainfall” and less with the “thunder storm.” Life for this experienced chap has evolved to a search for perpetual peace. It has become his crusade.
