        I promise to love myself unconditionally.Not to criticize myself to harshly but to learn from my mistakes.Always try my hardest even when I feel defeated.I will fight temptation against setting myself up for failure.To enjoy life and all of its gifts that God has blessed me with.Remembering that mental illness can surface at any moment but never will I fear it nor run from it.

      I will succeed in life for it is not an option.I am no longer a victim of my past,but a survivor with a future.A person who will one day help others like myself.I will Have confidence in the things I do and I will not feel inadequate compared to my peers.

      I am not and never will be perfect;flaws and all,God loves me and I love myself.
