Winter Farewell
Rated: E | Poetry | Nature | #1638665
Nature's farewell as winter melts into spring. (Form: Trinet)
Winter Farewell

Warming Surge
Treasures Emerge
slipping out between fingers of snow.
Winterberries shining in the captured glow.
Sunshine's Urge
Seasons Merge
Colorful Splurge

Nature's Intent
Annual Event
A rebirth of life, of hope ...
a promise that we can cope.
Febrile Ascent
Algid Lament
Sweet Scent

Frosty Caress
Farewell Address
The final vestiges of winter's face
give way to the sun's embrace.
No Redress
Cold's Recess
Spring's Success

Thank you for reading my words. Please, take a moment and leave a comment – your reaction, criticisms, thoughts, yes – even praise – all are equally welcome.
