ON COMPLETING SIXTY EIGHT YEARS
As I pass the sixty eighth Milestone on the life’s road, I wonder how much is left And how much I have rode. On this path many have gone And many have faltered. Some attained the goal and some Even the path altered. As I slowly tread along, Lord, I ask you but this: I may never forget your Commandments and Your wish. * Written in abab, 7-6-7-6 format * Written on my birthday M C Gupta 23 January 2010
