This is my wish for a simple life.

A walk through the woods; asleep in my bed.
To go out and try the thoughts in my head.
Warm breeze to delight, the cool of this night,
The birds singing softly, "I wish you were here."
Soft rustle of grass, snow on the pass,
How can I please You, with days gone so fast?
Waves on the water, reeds in the swamp,

Soft; the sound of paddles.
What was it like so long ago?

Was life more simple, or hard to behold?

But here I enjoy, nature's soft sound-
Simplicity.
