PARTING
My love, you have decided To part, I won’t force you To stay against your will but I send this message through: Ere you go please do return Those moments that we had Spent in each other’s arms when We were in love so mad. Ere you go please do return Those nights by the lakeside When we dreamed a hundred dreams Of you being my bride. Ere you go please do return Those tears that we had shed When, away from each other, We tossed alone in bed. Ere you go please do return Those letters that I wrote, Pouring out my heart about The love that bled us both. * Written in abcb, 7-6-7-6 format M C Gupta 2 February 2010
