Great Grandma
A poem about my great grandmother who recently passed away.

Her beauty, unexplainable,
The joy of life laid in her eyes,
Her spirit was unmatchable,
In our hearts her spirit flies,

The sunshine sparkled as her smile,
Her love, it knew no bounds,
Her grace would go the extra mile,
Her wisdom there all along,

Through troubled times and disappointments,
Her eyes would shine all the while,
Our memories are more than special,
She'd always shine with exquisite style,

A wiser angel, I'm yet to find,
She carried something rarely found,
Her everlasting beauty was angelic,
Her voice was a healing, heavenly sound,

I remember her sense of humor,
Her voice spoke sparkling lines,
I'll see her spirit in every candle flame,
Her soul, still so divine,

I know she'll always watch over us,
Always in our hearts and minds,
An angel with a twinkle in her eye,
Grace and beauty forever defined.
