An End

Rain will pound

Wind will roar

Thunder will crack

And Humanity will stand strong.

Until one day, Humanity shall fall

Not by the rain

Not by the wind

Not by the thunder

But by its own actions. Its endeavors shall be its undoings.

When that time comes

It shall not be bright

It shall not be loud

It shall not be glorious

It will be

In darkness

In silence

And in shame
