In and Out Leadership a.k.a Aphaya moments - democracy at work:

This is story about average joe who is always struggled to be "inside" the circle of trust. He is always an in-and-out - never into anything long enough to have a feel-good.

Even the basket ball refuses to go-in, it always swirls around the rim about to get in but bounces out.

Even when he was about to be accepted in "circle-of-trust" (a.k.a ring of chastity) by his girl-friends, he would do something stupid which would eject him out.

Any thing he did in life, he has always been a quick in and quick out guy. Any businesses he did was short lived. Even he never stayed in any one place/company for long time..

Even the courses he took for study, he was in for sometime and immediately he was out.

Any social networking chatrooms, he pokes in - but as soon as he pokes him, he would be ejected out (like a smelly skunk which landed on your pool)

This story is about how such a quick-in-and-out person transforms himself to be highly responsible political leader with so much integrity - where he comes to be known as "Outstanding leader within" - He transforms an "in-and-out" political party which was treated as a fringe in elections into a highly powerful party.

He turns himself around with good PR to make himself as a "transformer/leader who quickly comes in and brings out the solutions", "he who comes in to quell the darkness out"...People hail him as "one who comes in to get truth out" - which makes him unpopular amongst his political friends and enemies.

Then his downfall because of his picky wife who transforms him back once again to a powerless-quick-in-and-out commoner - who comes back to street (as he looses all his wealth in politics).

He starts out as a commoner and his life undergoes a full-circle and he ends up as commoner. (some kind of quick in-and-out of politics).

Then one fine day, he prays to God - who answers his prayers. God does a quick in-and-out of this world blessing him and transforming him. He gained access to God's circle of trust and just when he was about to feel-good, he realizes that it is an entrapment - that from that day onwards, he becomes a psychic-politician-who-will-do-endless-speeches-of-truth/revelations-much-to-his-own-disliking. (which he wondered, if it is blessing or a curse).

Though he is in-and-out of public speeches - but once he is in, most corrupt old politicians in podium/senate/assemblies, stage walk-out (they go out). He creates more aphaya moments. Every young politician looked up to him - because once he is in, they expect something to come out - which will provide them an opportunity to go up the politics value chain.

The crowds/supporters which want gory/truth/revelation stormed his meetings eagerly waiting for golden-words from his mouth (which he was struggling to put out). With no speech-writers supporting him (noone wants to be seen as someone who is writing suggestive speeches), he wrote speeches on his own - which he struggled to deliver day/day.

Then he became alright as he even freezes in disbelief (as if stoned) to hear the words coming out of his mouth (those fiery revelations). He says "Jesus, i cant believe this stuff is coming out of me".

Then his speeches get on to internet - a quick-in-and-out of facebooks accessed by millions of mobile subscribers - who download it and immediately delete it.. There you have it - an online revolution from a highly "articulative" (ok - a leader who strives daily to articulate and get perfect in delivering speech - if not delivering promises) political leader - who says he is not ready - and yet he is very much right there - in "touch" with the audience online..(and the youth - who read stuff from online and do not believe the media)

He starts a revolution - He calls upon all his countrymen "Drive out those immigrants who are stealing jobs from us, drive those who work for companies which swindle our mineral wealths - Lets steal from them, drive them away and ensure that they do not return ever again" - God was watching from up there. God up there says "Wait a second - this is not in my script"

He forms alliance with a "Moderately-secular-party-of-all-religions-coexisting-with-somewhat-peace (All Religions Secular Party - A.R.S.P - which has members from all religions of the world from A to Y)" and a "moderately-moderate-party-of-sons-of-oil-up-in-arms (Revolutionary Interim party of protection - R.I.P.P)" party and wins election.

Finally, after 1000 promises (which are all documented online) he becomes the leader of the nation (called "Land of mirages"). He forms coalition. Whenever he steps in, he challenges the status-quo and brings in aphaya moments - where opponents on opposite side of aisle hating him to the extreme.

His close friends in political circles, enfore a 1hour tranmission-delay in his live-telecast of his speeches - to edit/censor out revelations/leaks which could harm the political party and the man himself. Hence his 2-hour live-speeches appear to end in 20minutes - so the TV stations have started to fill-in with commercials and patriotic songs. But youth start to get disillusioned that the man lacks stamina and could not deliver long speeches without taking a break..

He reigns for next 2 decades where the youth (who once supported him) became middle-aged unemployed men in a hopeless future.. Those who cherised his speeches and stored them in DVDs, started to throw them away. Those who had posters of him in their living rooms, started to replace them with swimwear models. Those who praised him as next messiah is very angry about the mess he had created. The man draws to himself and does a very quick in-and-out - mostly to airports to travel abroad on vacations with his many girlfriends.

When the U.N sends their negotiation teams to sermonize him and reform him to path of democracy, he would present his famous "The Transition plan" (Should be presented in quotes-unquotes like Dr.Evil's plans in Austin powers). He would shout out to his ministers "Present the transition plan!!!" and with military precison and timing, they would get the screens, projectors and the transition plan will be presented to U.N. The "Transition Plan" is a 50 page powerpoint presentation which talks about various stages of transition to democracy.
Stage-1 : Compansionate autocracy - In which he will still be the king - but lot of steps will be undertaken to bring in compassion to people. People will be allowed to assemble in streets, make justifiable accusations in a peaceful manner.
Stage-2 : Royal democracy-phase-1 - In which he (from his royal palace) will create one singular party called "The party of the people's power" - and which will be the only party that will contest elections and he (as king) will choose the ministers
Stage-3 : Royal democracy-phase-2 - In which the single party will divide up into 2 both run by his sons - party-1 "The party of the people's power " and party-2 "The party of the youth power". His country will slowly transition to a 2-party democracy - but he will choose the ministers irrespective of whichever party winning the elections
Stage-4 : 2-party democracy - in which he will retire and the 2-party democracy will start independently electing members outside of royal family..

He has many wives - but has a son through him. When his sons asks "Daddy, why cant we keep democracy", he responds "Son, you can keep beautiful women, cars and palaces but democracy is one thing we cannot afford to keep".

And he continues (like a speech about to die down), i have given "freedom to people" - Once (during dark ages of suppression, people are not allowed to speak, now they can complain, and in next stage, we will setup feedback post-boxes, where people can post their complaints - which we do not read - in the final stage of democratic evolution, we will have a democratically elected bodies who will look into their complaints and form rules of dos and donts (thats the final stage in evolution of democracy) - where people feel good that their voices are heard, elected bodies feel they are empowered to make the rules, as a head-of-state, i feel good that i can guide them towards the path of good - and everybody feels good that there are rules of law in place for "good goveranance" and pay their taxes with happiness"

Then there was this unrest where people felt that his in-and-out leadership is insufficient for the country - They pull down his pictures and defame it. He says "thats the bane of democracy - once you are in power, you should get out of power to give way to others" (You cannot be like the hen sitting on top of the eggs for too long).

Then he does the unthinkable to tame down the crowd, He calls a "mecernary chemical weapons expert team" who used to work for apartheid governments, they were asked to mix a low-grade nerve agent with tear gas - the team assured that the nerve agent to cause too much tiredness and sleepiness and the crowd will be too tired for next couple of months - till the effects die away.

He says "Lets gas them out of the streets!! Democracy needs order and peace" He gives a secret order to spray thousands of tonnes of this agent all over the cities and towns. But that will cause so much damage to people that they loose their capacity of motion and even loose their speech and hearing..

After 2 decades of political orgasm in which the country is thoroughly screwed, one fine day, he woke up and said - i want to make a speech - All TV channels are forced to telecast - and in that speech, he said words which are more golden than whatever he had said "I retire to give way to young blood" (reading between lines - that will be his close aide who helped him transfer funds to swiss banks). Then (in 2025 AD), he was forgotten - facebook even stopped to archive his page anymore - as recessions taken a toll and facebook moves to china and employs cloud computing.

Then one fine day, his son comes to know of his atrocities and secret orders - he poisons his dad in rage (to have seen so many of his people in their youth disabled and living in low self-esteem). But he does not die - a fighter/survivor, he survives the posioning to dismay of his son.

A retired politician who goes quick-in-out of hospitals for quick checkups. In-and-out guy who is seen in political gatherings. Finally at ripe old age of 85 he dies - there has been a quick-silence for 20 seconds for his mourning in a special room (with obscure directions) for senior friends for a quick in-and-out mourning.

The in-and-out guy became a in-and-out leader and is remembered no more of all those he had done good/bad.
