Spoke to me with your sweet voice, a hint of agony revealed. Promised me a taste of love, mounting hope on a battle field. I was the wounded dark knight, whose breath you did attain. Light extinguished by your absence, laughter muted by the pain. You punctured, my armored shield with olive eyes of steel. A delicate noir, lost to me, encased in a lamentable seal. I sat in clouded silence for its caress haunted my soul. Alone with my misgivings, without you I can't be whole. The one for whom life balanced-- always I wished it could be we. When will this nightmare extinguish; how soon will we be free? Fragile words left unspoken; my heart of darkness filled with pain. This knight needed a savior, in the noir I shall remain.
