MOVING DAY IS HERE

It's too confined,
this space I'm in.
Just can't unwind,
makes my head spin.

But there's a space,
reserved for me,
where I will live,
eternally.

But for now,
I'll have to stay,
here in this place,
until the day,
He calls me home,
till then I pray,
But I'll be moving soon.

I'll be moving soon,
won't even have to pack,
I'll be moving soon,
without the clothes on my back.
I'll be moving soon,
won't be leaving any tracks,
I'll be moving soon.

There's still much to do,
before moving day.
while I race a clock,
that steals time away.

Because when it comes,
there's no more time,
to reach the ones,
I've left behind,
on moving day.

Frantic, busy hands,
a sweaty, lowered brow,
I'll do as He commands,
praying He shows me how.
things I thought that mattered,
mean nothing to me now.

Listen...Look up,
one is waiting so divine.
In a twinkle I am moved,
by a power that isn't mine.
suddenly it's very clear,
I'm finally out of time,
and moving day is here.

moving and going into the unfamiliar can be scary, but remember God is always with us. He made the Earth and you can't go anywhere that He cannot find you!

Phillipians 3:12-14 - 12 Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already arrived at my goal, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me. 13 Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, 14 I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.

Isaiah 43:18-19New International Version (NIV)
18 “Forget the former things;
do not dwell on the past.
19 See, I am doing a new thing!
Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?
I am making a way in the wilderness
and streams in the wasteland.

Acts 17:28New International Version (NIV)
28 ‘For in him we live and move and have our being.’As some of your own poets have said, ‘We are his offspring.’

1 Thessalonians 4:16-17
...' For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first. Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.'
