In times of great chaos and confusion,
Your voice grounds me to Earth
Frozen in time, Just in time -
Before I float away

It is your eyes that bring me comfort,
When the storms have began to stir
And before the first tear falls,
I melt in your embrace

Your kisses warm my toes,
Their softness like pillows for my heart
Gentle beating turns into pounding,
The pieces - they fall to the floor

It is when you are away that I realize,
How small the world really is
For when you return, the universe - It opens
My path to the infinite revisited
