Christian view on explaining the water cycle to children:
![]() Many, many years ago God made the land and the sea He knew we needed water For all posterity. The water cycle’s perfect Created by God's own hand To supply this element To both the earth and man. He caused evaporation (Heating water by the sun, Turning it into vapor) Is process number one. Vapor makes condensation (Building water in the clouds) It forms precipitation. With rain we’ll be endowed! Collection comes with rainfall As it falls back to the earth To soak the ground or fill lakes Or streams, or ponds or firths. This process isn’t ended, For when you think it is done It simply starts all over. It’s only just begun! This element called water Sustains this planet’s life Supplied by God, Our Father His plan for us is rife. Take a look all around you This liquid that you now see Was made by our Creator For you and you and me!
