Edible Fungi
A poem about those tasty, edible fungi morsels provided by Nature.

This item requires reviews with ratings.
Most wild ones are poisonous to man.
Unless picked by an expert, then they
Should never be consumed by a fan.
Here are those usually cultivated today,
Ready to cook: truffles, enoki, portabella,
Oyster, shiitake, chanterelle, cremini, white.
Only their being fungi may cause a fella
Misgivings, because in food they are quite
Special, tasty morsels from forests or meadow.
