Unless picked by an expert, then they Should never be consumed by a fan. Here are those usually cultivated today, Ready to cook: truffles, enoki, portabella, Oyster, shiitake, chanterelle, cremini, white. Only their being fungi may cause a fella Misgivings, because in food they are quite Special, tasty morsels from forests or meadow.
