“A springtime poem for little children”
It’s time for spring baby birds in song soft the sound a chirping melody hopping outside a flying game from mom and dad waiting with worms so plump a new meal delight found in the sunlight shining down the lane deep in the forest trees the leaves slowly now green sighing at last winter hiding away it’s snow so softly melting trickling under a shadow the clouds passing by seeing tiny tadpoles waving goodbye soon to croak as adults jumping on the lily leaves hiding away from spying salmon slowly wagging their tales swimming downstream to see the sea again a new season. for them.
