Life has taught grandmothers
that knowledge comes from experience, experience from life, and life is for living. Grandchildren are experiencing the pains and joys of life. Grandmothers know all things are relative - especially knowledge. So their grandchildren are just gaining knowledge, often by learning from their mistakes. Life has taught grandmothers that acceptance means recognition. Recognizing a grandchild's individuality, not making comparisons or being judgmental, but encouraging and guiding. Grandmothers know all things are relative - especially what is acceptable. So their grandchildren’s behaviour is acceptable, if only to those who have trouble seeing and hearing. Life has taught grandmothers that love for a child is immeasurable. Grandmothers recognise and accept that love takes many forms and it’s depth is by degree. Grandmothers know all things are relative - especially all things relating to love. So their grandchildren are loved. Especially those that love their grandmothers!
