Tax Time?

“I’m late!
I’m late
For a very important date!”
It’s just about mid-April and the taxman cannot wait!

Oh me!
Oh my!
How quickly time flies by!
Now where’d I put those tax forms and my Tylenol supply?

Lordy,
Oh lordy!
What’s up with this 1040?
I’ve no clue how to file and these numbers frankly bore me!

Lord sakes
Alive!
The mail place shuts at five!
I’m nowhere near completion and I’ve still a lengthy drive!

Alas,
Alack!
I need these clocks set back!
I’ve sweat drops on my papers and a looming stress attack!

Forget
This tension!
It’s beyond my comprehension
As to why it just now dawned on me to file an extension!
