Struck by lightening

When the earth struck by lightening
The super-power plays, no warning

Shattering the earth from its slumber,
blinding the eyes of the world under.

It can be fatal, if hit a person unaware;
Sweeping rain can green the soil bare.

Its magnificent show of light to watch
if one stays protected from its thatch.

All alone in the house with the memories,
Old, disable, but a sharp mind in reveries!

The haunted corridors and hallways so still
hoping for the grandkids’ visit to noisy fill!

No one comes but the doctors & nurses
paying for the care though it’s loveless.

Counting the days to end this life so alone
What’s in the god’s mind, wish I had known!
