The way your fingers felt as they glided
Over the goose bumps on my naked arms: Ineffable. I tried to grasp the air, Anything, to keep me steady As your body crashed into mine – Sending one thousand glimmering raindrops Through a vast nothingness until They exploded upon impact with Earth, The same way you exploded inside me. Where our bare feet met the concrete – Where we stood in concrete puddles As all sounds of our pleasure were carried Around the world by ever-changing winds.
