Cursed by the electrical current that runs
through my body
Intensified by our connection
I want to reach into your world and follow your words
I want to discover the mystery we have created
Instead I must continue to carve out the rocks of denial
that I hide behind
Cursed by cupid and his cunning arrow
Treacherous secrets I hide to protect us
Smothering the fire that continues to boil
