Maybe if I leave, you'll want me around.
Maybe if I stay, you'll forget me. Maybe if I stay, happiness will abound. Maybe if I never was, it'd be better. But someday, I'll find out. But someday, You'll learn. But someday, I'll never shout. But one day, the Sun will go down. Who knows, the night may be sweet. Who knows, the night might be bitter. Who knows, the night may be too discreet. Who knows, the night might never fall. If you care, you'll talk. If you care, you'll listen. If you care, we can walk. If you care, we might see rainbow. Don't turn away, can't you see my tears? Don't turn away, sometimes the road gets tough. Don't turn away, you cure my fears. Don't turn away, what's rough can be smoothed out. If all the stars were gods and such, if all the stars were vastless minds, if all the stars were the atoms of the night's crutch, if you could, would you forsake them all for me? If all the stars were gods and such, and if all the stars were vastless minds, and if all the stars were the atoms of the night's crutch, I would forsake them all for you. If the morning never came, would you remember yesterday? If the morning never came, could you prepare for tomorrow? If the morning never came, could you come back and lay? If the moring never came, you might be dead. If I was blue, would you sing them away? If I was blue, would you hold me close? If I was blue, would keep the demons at bay? If I was blue, would you be mine? If you could leave, would you? If you could leave, where would you go? If you could leave, what would you do? If you could leave, why would you?
