Though None Go With Him
One of the poems I wrote after I became a Christian

He walks the streets trying to help those in need.
They did not want salvation only beer and drugs.
He visited the sick in the hospitals.
They only wanted to be healed and nothing more.

He went to the schools, but no one wanted any part of him.
They did not want to learn from him.
He walks into the churches to show people the way.
Churchgoers seem to think they are okay because they go to church.

He is still there for all, even though none go with him.
