Introduction to the GTS Fetish

Hey everyone. I've seen some people around the interwebs asking questions and what not about a certain fetish that some have: the sexual attraction to giant women, or giantesses. Here I hope to explain it a little and answer any questions about it I can that may be emailed to me by people. First of all, let's just cover the very basic stuff.

THE BASICS
There are two main fetishes that deal with giant women (or in a woman's case, giant men, although this is about giant women). There are:
-Macrophilia. This is the more prominent one on the internet, where males fantasize about giant women in many forms. Fantasizing about being shrunken around a normal sized woman also falls under this category.
-Microphilia. It has a similar name, but is less prominent and is in a way opposite. It is when either men or women fantasize about being giant and in control, or fantasize about having possession of shrunken people.

The two complement each other nicely, what I mean by that is role-players of these two types often mix for maximum fun. For example, a woman with microphilia pretends to be a giantess whilst a man with macrophilia pretends to be normal sized whilst being tortured by the giantess, or whatever floats his boat. This way, both parties enjoy it! This article however concentrates on macrophilia more than microphilia.

MACROPHILIA
If you are here because you know nothing whatsoever about this fetish, by now you may be thinking: "OK, so there are two types of people who fantasize about giant people, easy."
Well, this is partly true but far from being entirely true. Think of Macrophilia as something generic that varies from person to person, for example, music. Every person has a slightly different taste in music, right? I, for example, listen a lot to ska and punk, whilst my friend listens a lot to metal and rock. Some people don't even like listening to music at all. Macrophilia is essentially the same. Different people like different aspects of Macrophilia, some people don't like some aspects and some people don't like Macrophilia at all. This leads me into the next part:

ASPECTS OF MACROPHILIA
As almost any Macrophile would know, there are many different aspects to Macrophilia. First let me start of by saying Macrophilia is a Paraphilia, which is an unusual sexual orientation. The 'philia' part means 'love'. Yes, you may be wondering if Paedophiles are similar, and you are correct, they have Paedophilia. The difference is, these people actually go out and act out their fantasies on children rather than secretly fantasizing which is why they are hated so much. Of course, only SOME Paedophiles are like this and those who aren't like this can't help what they feel, the same with people who have Macrophilia. Anyway, many Paraphilias are related to Macrophilia, and here I will be describing the most common ones:

-Vorarephilia, also known as Vore. This is when one is sexually aroused by watching someone else being eaten (in this case, by a giantess) or is aroused by the thought of being eaten himself. This an extremely common element of most giantess works, whether it be movies, pictures or stories.
-Podophilia, more commonly known as a Foot fetish. This is arguably the most common element of giantess works, although obviously not everyone is into it. It can include things like feet worship, forced feet worship, stomping, or even the thought of willingly licking the soles of a giantess' feet.
-Masochism, this is related to 'evil' giantesses and not gentle giantesses. It is when one is aroused by the thought of having pain, suffering and/or humiliation inflicted upon oneself. This can link to Vore and feet fetishes, because both could potentially involve being hurt.
-Mammaphilia, the sexual attraction to a women's breasts. This can be linked mainly to breast crushes which are popular among giantess lovers. Whilst most men love breasts, this defines a more obsessional love.
-Nasophilia, not very common but worth mentioning as I have seen it around a bit. This is the sexual attraction to noses.
-Coprophilia, also known as scat fetish. This is the sexual attraction to watching (giantesses in this case) people taking a crap, or in some cases taking a crap on you. It is often linked in with Urolagnia, the sexual attraction to watching someone pee or imagining being peed on. These are collectively known as 'toilet fetishes' by most, and sometimes also involve farting and burping.

The last thing I would like to mention is also a main dividing factor for Macrophiles. This is whether one prefers 'gentle giantesses' or 'evil' giantesses. Gentle giantesses are kind, caring giantesses who wish to do no harm with their huge size and power, and involves things like kissing and cuddling. Evil giantesses are giantesses who take advantage of their size in a bad way and set out to do harm and damage, this is where things like feet crushing and vore come in. It is, of course, perfectly feasible that one may like both evil and gentle giantesses, however. Also, this does not come under the previous two aspects listed, but another popular thing is a mini giantess. This is a woman who is taller than usual but not normally any taller than 15 feet. This probably appeals to people because the giantess is tall, but still short enough to have sex with an average sized man. 'Mega' giantesses are when giantesses are VERY big, normally over about 250 feet tall. These include city sized giantesses, country sized and planetary giantesses.
