MY WONDERFUL RICK


I met my wonderful husband Rick in 1979 in college. At the time, he seemed like
a nice enough guy, but he professed that he was READY FOR ANYTHING life
threw at us!

I always knew that he was very INTELLIGENT, but he has proved it
through the years, while at the same time being COOL and unruffleable despite the turns life has offered to us!

I realized from the start that he kisses good; that he kissed good; that
played absolutely no role in my decision to fall in love with him!

I was instead impressed by his magnificent loyalty in dating me despite my
unusually difficult and mentally disturbed mother, who gave us so many
difficulties through the years that we didn't even get married in my hometown!

He has always been kind and UNDERSTANDING with my health concerns and disability,
devoting his wonderful people skills and SPECIAL TALENTS to making our life great.

Despite our ups and downs, he remains YOUNG AT HEART and seems HAPPY WITH HIMSELF.
He is unusually understanding and is almost BROKENHEARTED WHEN HE CAN'T FIX THE WORLD!

A high ACHIEVER, he is always guaranteed to be NICE TO SMALL PETS AND KIDS, DETERMINED that even these least critters should be treated with care.

He has a high APTITUDE for all things technological. Despite that Pocket-protector
mentality, he is NATURALLY HANDSOME, with a DEVILISH SENSE OF HUMOR and is very BRIGHT EYED!

He always says I'm an excellent cook, but he is the SUPER COOK in the family
as well as being a talented handyman.

Despite all of his sophisticated training and past years as an attorney, he is an inveterate FREE SPIRIT!
He is also comfortingly religious and spiritual. All of training has made him insightful.

He is ENERGETIC, NO-NONSENSE and DEVOTED to me--
that's the sweetest as far as I'm concerned!
