**Virtues of Poetry Contest**

  HELLO    POETS    EVERYWHERE!!! 

I have entered many contests here at Writing.Com, but I have never hosted a contest before this.  So I am hosting my very first contest:

I also have plans to make this a monthly contest with a different virtue featured each month.

The Virtues of Poetry Contest

RULES:

1.  Your writing must be poetry.
2.  Your poem must have at least 12 lines.
3.  Rating must be "E" for everyone!
4:  Poems may be previously written, but not previously awarded.
5.  Deadline for poems are:  Wednesday, June 30, 2010 at 12:00 Noon WDC time.

Merit badges may be given to honorable mentions if enough donations are received.
