As Sergeant Steve emerged from his office door, his sixth sense whispered in his mind about some danger. He walked over to his car and checked its doors which were locked. He crouched near the driver’s door and peeked under it. There was a time bomb. He lay on his back and knifed its wire. This story won 1st place in round 153 (27 June 2010)
