Battle with Fear

"Battle with Fear"

“In the beginning….

the seeds of fear were planted
and the fear began to grow
I succumbed to the fear

Then I got a little smarter……..

getting to know my way around
learning what paths to avoid
I managed the fear


Then I got tired and angry……….

I wanted to walk freely
I demanded the rights to my own life
I fought the fear

Then I got stronger……….

By fighting back I gained power
I took my life back, for it is mine
I conquered the fear
