Angel Eyes
A poem about an angel.

I see the hurt...
I see the pain...
She can wear a smile as a mask, but in her eyes it remains..
She doesn't have to speak a word sometimes more is said by what goes unheard.
She draws up her wings for comfort, but a strong sadness can be heard in her voice as she sings.
It's gone unknown the memories to whihc she clings...
Her eyes look straight through this world of lies....to something beyond here that brings a hint of hope to her Angel Eyes...
