Ingredients:
2 six-oz Ahi tuna steaks 1 Tbs olive oil 1/2 Tbs teriyaki sauce 1tsp minced garlic In a quart size ziplock bag, mix oil, teriyaki sauce, and garlic. Mix well. Add tuna, seal, and marinade in refrigerator for at least one hour. Flip frequently to coat evenly over meat. Cook by preferred method.
