My Brand-New Bed My brand-new bed arrived today, It looks just like a train, Its engine's blue, its face is grey, It makes me smile again. I used to have a wooden cot, But now I'm nearly two, My Mummy says it's time I got A bed that goes "Choo Choo!" I lie on it and chug away, And then it's time to dream, The whistle blows, "Woo Woo!" it goes, I'm off in clouds of steam. I'm like the Fat Controller now, With Thomas and his friends, And every night it seems somehow, The fun just never ends. Written for Kieran by his loving Grandma: ![]()
