[deleted] is also one of those rare individuals who handle stress extremely well.  In the year I worked with him, I never saw him lose his temper or become flustered on a call.  He always displayed a calm and professional demeanor, regardless of the nature of the call he was handling.  [deleted] is well-spoken, and well educated, and is able to clearly and concisely convey his ideas to others.  He has an energetic personality and an excitement about him that can’t help but motivate those around him to work hard.
