Blue Skies But Dark Water
For a while it was just blue skies but dark water. Light and dark, adjacent. The granite ranges around shadowed the clear water. The lake, like a fear-filled mind lost its translucence. Moments later, lo! The self-same lake sparkled silver, a serene spring of joy as a soft mantle of moonlight enveloped the hills, the lake, and the world beyond. The dark night turned effulgent under the masterly stoke of of a Supreme artist dispelling fear, doubt and dreary ignorance.
