Jo guzartay din haen furqat maen teri
Umr maen un ko na ginna chaahiay

Kaar o baar e bulbul o gul kay ramooz
Jaannay ko aql e Seena chaahiay

Andaroon e perda e sauda e dil
Daekhnay ko chashm e beena chaahiay

Kon kehta hay keh daam e ishq maen
Murg e zeerak fo na aana chaahiay

Merna peeri maen hay ger SHAIDA toe kuin
Mehjabeenoun per na merna chaahiay
